2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5)/132 of BNS & Section 25(1-B)a/26/27/35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, arms and ammunition were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent stated in para-3 of the petition. It is further submitted

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts that no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused have already granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 78291 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 83058 of 2025 and also considering the circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Lakhisarai, in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S.
