2. The present application has been filed:

for initiating contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties specially contemnor/opposite party no. 3 who have deliberately and willfully violated the order dated 25.04.2024 passed by Hon'ble Mr.

Patna High Court MJC No.4385 of 2024(3) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 Justice Rajiv Roy in CWJC No. 659of 2024 by which his lordships disposed the petition with a direction that "the respondent District Magistrate cum Collector, Banka is directed to dispose of representation dated 24.11.2023 preferred by the petitioner and as per the documents (number of Annexures are on record) at on earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of the copy of the order is provided to his office.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

But the contemnor/opposite party no. 3 has not complied Hon'ble Courts order till dated while the petitioner filed representation alongwith representation dated 24.11.2023 other relevant documents and certified copy of the order dated 25.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 659 of 2024 through speed post on 06.05.2024 and also approached the authorities time to time but no effect.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order stands complied.
