Mr. Anil Kumar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanhaula P.S.Case No. 90 of 2018 registered under Sections 381 and 408 of the Indian penal Code.

As per the FIR, allegation is that driver of the truck was trying to sell the truck by cutting into pieces and petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has been made accused on the basis of call details, nothing incriminating has been found against him as per call details and the driver Anand Kumar Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49389 of 2018 and petitioner is in custody for about four months.

No.69180 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
