For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders or direction or directions for commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made over the public road/land bearing Khata No.1239, Khesra Nos. 3979, 3980 and 3981, which has been encroached by the private respondents and due to the said encroachment, the movement of vehicles has been closed as well as the petitioner along with other villagers are facing lot of trouble."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail the liberty already granted to him by this Hon'ble Court, in the earlier writ petition filed by him, vide order dated 01.08.2024, passed in CWJC No.10795 of 2024. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
