2. The matter arises out of election to Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society. It is not in dispute that the election is over. In such circumstances, no relief can be granted in

Patna High Court CWJC No.24604 of 2019 dt.10-12-2019 2/2 the present proceeding which raises dispute in relation to voters list of the concerned PACS.

3. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issues which have been raised in the present writ application by filing election petition in accordance with law before appropriate forum.

4. This writ application stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
