The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Sayayak) P.S.Case No.266 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Cod and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation as per FIR is that the heard some found of firing, the informant reached at the private road and found his cousin lying and the blood was oozing. The FIR is against the unknown persons and later on name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of Rahul Yadav. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession there is nothing against him though he is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in those cases and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73927 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 he is in custody since 5.6.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sayayak) P.S.Case No.266 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
