2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)(a), 26 (i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Two country made pistols and fifty live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in custody since 28.6.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in
