JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, however, seeks a direction upon the District Certificate Officer, Jehanabad to dispose of the pending objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914 and in the meantime seeks some protection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the District Certificate Officer, Jehanabad to consider the objection filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Act, 1914 in connection with Certificate Case No. 1 of 2017-18 pending before the District Certificate Officer, Jehanabad and pass the final order under Section 10 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.
