2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No.537 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342,376(3) , 452, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2023.

5. Considering the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
