2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 29.6.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 19.1.2024 reveals that the record is fixed for statement of the accused persons under section 313 of the Cr.P.C.

4. Considering the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail.
