2. Petitioners have inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "(I) For issuance of writ/order/directions including writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 15.11.2024 filed by the petitioner no.1.

(ii) For issuance of writ/order/directions

Patna High Court CWJC No.20906 of 2025(2) dt.12-01-2026 2/3 including writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding respondents not to take any action with regard to construction of Panchayat Bhawan in Grampanchayat, Amror, Kiratpur in District- Begusarai over the land of the petitioners.

(iii) for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioners are entitled to on the facts and in the circumstances of the instant case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already filed a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai, for the relief, as prayed for in the present writ petition, however, no action has been taken by the District Magistrate.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, the District Magistrate, Begusarai is directed to verify the government guidelines in identifying the government land for the purpose of construction of the Panchayat Bhawan in a village. In that regard, he may see, whether there is any violation in taking the decision to built Panchayat Bhawan in the land of the petitioners without their consent. Thereafter, the District Magistrate shall take a decision in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
