No. 137 of 2019 dated 08.08.2019 registered at Police Station Amdabad under Sections 302, 201 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, considering the nature of the offence, the Court is not inclined to grant bail. The trial is in progress and the offence is serious.

At this stage, learned counsel submits that petitioner shall be content if he is permitted to withdraw the instant
