Patna High Court CR. WJC No.47 of 2024(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/3 23-06-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. By way of this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "That, this is an application on behalf by which the petitioner prays for issuance of an Order(s), Direction(s) or an appropriate writ directing the respondents investigating authorities to properly investigate Bikram P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023 dated 08.01.2023 registered u/s 147, 147,341, 323, 379, 504, of IPC and Section 3(i)(r) (s)/3(2)(va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and further for a direction submit charge sheet against the accused persons (here - in -respondents) after conclusion of investigation and to arrest the accused persons specially respondent nos 9 to 17 who are still evading from the proceeding and making undue pressure giving threat to life of informant/petitioner with a view to frustrate the proceeding in the interest of justice."

For the aforesaid reliefs, as prayed by the petitioner, he is given liberty to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna with an application for the reliefs sought above and if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna finds substance in the application of the petitioner, he will pass appropriate orders in this regard.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
