Petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No.484 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. Informant is not an eye witness.
It is alleged by the informant that he got information that dead body of his son, Sujit Kumar, is lying in Jyoti Electric Shop in pool of blood.
Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.06.2018 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74905 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Misc. No.14473 of 2018.
Petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.484 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
