The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S.Cas No.265/19 dated 8.11.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 44 and odd ltrs. of liquor from the tempo and the petitioner and other accused persons were arrested while they were fleeing away..

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion and he is in custody for more than one month. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. District Jduge cum Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S.Case No.265 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
