The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patna Junction Rail P.S.Case No.578 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From possession of the petitioner liquor was recovered when the petitioner was at the railway platform. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2019. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail after competition of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
