2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2008 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 436, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with 17 accused persons all are member of extremist Sandeev Jee, have blown up the mobile tower.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. He has also submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89835 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 co-accused, Manoj Kumar Singh Bhokta @ Manoj Bhokta similarly situated, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is under custody since 17.12.2023.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 54 of 2008, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
