2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63854 of 2025 by this Court.

3. In this case, Cr. Misc. No. 63854 of 2025 was disposed of on 24.09.2025 allowing the prayer of the petitioners. Now, the present petition has been preferred submitting that they were ill and as such could not surrender in time.

4. Learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh has no objection.

5. In that background, Cr. Misc. No. 84797 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- each by the two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84797 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 petitioners (totaling Rs. 2,000/-) payable to District Legal Services Authority, Madhubani which will go for the purchase of flower pots for the Jhanjharpur Court.
