The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery of 65 liters of Mahua recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioners are in jail custody since 21.10.2019. He further submits that the petitioners have no any criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77798 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No.9307 of 2019 arising out of Kadirganj P.S.Case No.116 of 2019, subject to condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) in the civil court, Patna/Nazarath, such deposit of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) shall abide by the out-come of the present criminal case.
