JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Hasanganj P.S. Case No.53 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner has taken away the daughter of the informant forcibly, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise petition has been filed bearing photograph of both sides before the court below and now they are living like husband and wife. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
