The petitioner seeks bail in Nadi P.S. Case No.261 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On being intercepted, the petitioner started fleeing away leaving his motorcycle but the petitioner was apprehended and from the motorcycle of the petitioner, 50 litres country made liquor made of Mahua was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2019. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than one month.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77432 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No.261 of 2019 (Special Case No.9237 of 2019).
