2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 308(3), 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of firing at the deceased is against co-accused Mantu Singh and Hitlar Singh. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of overt act against him. He is only alleged to be member of the unlawful assembly. Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge - IX, Madhepura in connection with Sessions Trial No. 317 of 2025, arising out of Ratwara P.S.
