2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 354, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have given iron rod blow on the head of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury and FIR has been lodged after the delay of 11 days. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and 11 days delay in lodging the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
