JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 is brother-in-law, petitioner no.2 is Gotni and petitioner no.3 is mother-in-law of the deceased and the allegation against them is of dowry death of the deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioner and they are living separately and the F.S.L report also shows that nothing poisonous was found in the viscera also. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the F.S.L report be sent back.
