JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-11-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner has been concluded and a final order has been passed by the disciplinary authority on 10.11.2020.

Since the final order has been passed in the departmental proceeding, this application, seeking quashing of the order of suspension, has become infructuous. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to question the legality of the order imposing punishment before appropriate authority in accordance with law.
