The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 192 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 21(c), 22(b), 25, 27 (a) of N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

The recovery is of 3 grams of heroin from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025.

Considering the quantum of recovery as well the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83705 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act, Buxar / concerned Court below, in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 192 of 2025. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner, after being released on bail, is directed to mark his attendance at Dumraon Police Station, Buxar on every Sunday of the month.
