2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 387, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Shri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the parties are business rivals. It is submitted that to promote their business the petitioners had uploaded certain pictures on social media which were however, also then uploaded by the informant claiming it to be his operation. It is submitted that the call records would show that in fact the informant had called the petitioners, who claim clean antecedents.

4. Be that as it may, the provisional bail granted to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70373 of 2018(3) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 petitioners by order dated 21.12.2018 pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Patna in connection with Shri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 is hereby confirmed.
