JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.633 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle which was made for sale in Nepal territory. The petitioner has also criminal history.

Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer after nine months of jail custody.
