2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Five persons are said to have assaulted the deceased including the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady aged about 60 years. The entire family has been made accused in this case.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of
