The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.9154 of 2019 arising out of Rail (Danapur) P.S. Case No.138 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 18 liters of foreign liquor from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in jail custody since 15.10.2019.
