Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 392/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
