Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.219 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that as per seizure list 56.700 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from a corner of the roof of joint house of the petitioner.
