ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the final orders are passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, in R.P. Case No. 141 of 2019, dated 18.11.2024, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. If the petitioners are so advised they are free to file an appeal under the provisions of the Securitization

Patna High Court CWJC No.19212 of 2024(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad.

3. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file the appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed the same shall be dealt with by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
