Gone through the order impugned, from which it transpires that the injuries having sustained by the respective injured are simple in nature. Moreover, there happens to be a case and counter case and in the aforesaid background, it looks appropriate to direct the learned lower court to consider the prayer for bail if, the petitioners surrender with a prayer, in the background of finding so held hereinabove, favourably.
