This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.1069 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 365, 370, 370-A, 372, 373, 376, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, under sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and under section 75 of the J.J. Act.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner was running a brothel. The present case was registered in the year 2018 and the petitioner has been arrested on 24.08.2023. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is an absconder, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4938 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail though some accused persons have been granted bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
