The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.549 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Allegation against the petitioner is to have stolen Scorpio of the informant bearing registration no.BR01 PJ-2345 along with unknown persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, where, petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is submitted that nothing incriminating article surfaced during course of investigation, which may suggest that

It is further submitted Scorpio of the informant was recovered from the garage of Ravi Ranjan. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.10.2023. It is also submitted that one of the similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by a learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court through Cr. Misc. No.2175 of 2024 on 29.01.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.549 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas.
