2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 21 of 2010 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name has subsequently transferred in the case. He is in jail since 24.08.2024.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89009 of 2024(3) dt.22-03-2025 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I Supaul/ concerned Court in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 21 of 2010.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
