ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with G.O. Case No.979 of 2019 arising out of Sadar (Sonki O.P.) P.S. Case No.408 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were made from semi-constructed house and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and have got no criminal antecedents.
