The petitioner seeks bail in Kumarkhand P.S. case No. 58/2019 registered under Section 420, 489B, 489C of the Indian Penal Code.

One Sanoj Yadav was apprehended and from his possession seven fake currency notes of 100 denomination were recovered. Sanoj Yadav disclosed the name of petitioner and Arjun Ram. From the possession of petitioner 31 fake currency notes were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sanoj Yadav has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63690/2019. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2019 and the petitioner has remained in jail for about one year.
