Mr Arbind Kumar Singh, AC to GP XX ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 Mr S B K Mangalam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has raised his grievance before the Regional Deputy Director of Education (for brevity, RDDE), Saran Division, Chapra (Annexure P/6 to the writ petition dated 25.09.2018. He submits that the same is not being dediced by the RDDE (respondent No 4).

In view of such limited prayer, this Court would direct that respondent No 4 may take a final decision on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21928 of 2018(3) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 petitioner's application (Annexure P/6) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is needless to say that this order is being passed without expressing any opinion with regard to the claims of the parties made in the writ petition.
