Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S.case No.168 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner happens to be order giver and the allegation of assault is against the other accused persons. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and there are partition suit between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

No.82362 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.Casae No.168 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
