2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this writ application is being filed for directing upon the Respondents specially Respondent No. 3 (Circle Officer, Dinara) Governments for removing encroachment upon the land appertaining to Khata No. 184, Plot No. 265, Area- 35 decimal, Thana No. 49, Mauza- Bhuie, P.S- Dinara, District- Rohtas and further direction for disposal of the Encroachment Case no. 06/19-20 pending before Circle Officer, Dinara (Respondent no. 3) which has initiated on the instance of the petitioner."

3. The final order has been passed in encroachment proceeding.

4. This writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
