The petitioner was suspended for dereliction of his duty and a Committee consisting of Block Agriculture Officer, Halsi and Block Cooperative Extension Officer, Halsi was constituted to hold an enquiry with regard to the irregularities said to have been committed by the petitioner. The Committee submitted its report on 10.08.2019 before the Block Development Officer, Halsi and recommended for vacating the

Patna High Court CWJC No.25705 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 order of suspension but till date no order has been passed and the petitioner is still under suspension for no fault on his part. Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Block Development Officer, Halsi and the Block Education Establishment Committee to pass order forthwith on the report of the Committee submitted on 10.08.2019 in accordance with law preferably within two months from the date of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
