JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant matric trained scale of Rs. 4500-7000/- with effect from 12.11.2004 along with all the arrears to the petitioners herein.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 11.04.2018 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017 (Abdus Samad vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to examine the case of
Patna High Court CWJC No.22565 of 2018(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.04.2018 and take a decision within a period of six weeks from today and in case it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 11.04.2018 then similar relief including the consequential benefits shall also be granted to the petitioner herein.
The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
