2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 76, 64, 62, 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with one other F.I.R. named accused person forcibly entered the house of informant and tried to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that the accused persons also snatched gold chain and cash from the house of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are gotiyas and due to petty dispute between the children this false and concocted case has been lodged. He lastly submits that matter between the parties has been compromised and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88854 of 2024(2) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 compromise petition has been filed in the learned court below. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and informant in her re-statement has supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
