2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, two unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, committed robbery and looted various articles from the informant's truck.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2023.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has

No.324 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that as per prosecution case, this petitioner, along with other accused persons, committed robbery. It is further submitted that this petitioner has also got two criminal antecedents out of which one is of similar nature.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, rival submissions and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is rejected.
