JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 02.05.2019 seeks bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. It appears that three persons including the petitioner were arrested in some other case in which one of the arrested accused persons confessed his guilt about

On whose confession, the petitioner has been made accused, he has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

No incriminating article is stated to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and notwithstanding the fact that he has been in custody for such a long period, he has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the facts aforestated and taking into account that the petitioner is on bail in three other cases in which he was made accused about which reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, this Court is inclined to grant him bail. The petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
