Counsel for the petitioners submits that in light of the decision in CWJC No. 8963 of 2018 in the case of Chandra Shekhar Azad & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors., their claim for regularisation made by representation dated 22.10.2018 is pending before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Araria.

In view of the limited grievance raised by the
