JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 356 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 80 litres of country made liquor from the motorcycle without having number plate. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody for more than a month.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77528 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 356 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner shall cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Trial Court.
