Learned counsel for the Madarsa Board submits that this writ application has been filed for a mandamus commanding the Board not to interfere in functioning of Islamiya Diniya Mahuawa Madarsa, West Champaran. He further submits that the petitioner is a member of Managing Committee and the tenure of the Committee is for three years which has now come to and end. The Committee was constituted in 2019.
